Will it be ran with the same quality, effectiveness, and efficiency that we currently get from our government including public education, medicare, state medicaid, veterans administration, public infrastructure, public transit, the FDA, internal revenue service, social security, public housing, post office, FEMA, or the department of motor vehicles?

This government banned education opportunity for head scarf Muslim women. Only European style women were allowed education. Now this government is gone can head scarf Muslim women go to universities and schools and work in government buildings in Tunisia?

I am learning about free markets and I was just wondering if anyone could give me some good examples of why the United States is not a free market.
I know government has large interference in education. But what else is it involved in? Does the government actually bail out companies and individuals?
